A man remains behind bars in Saint George today accused of causing a DUI crash.  

Investigators say James Paulus was behind the wheel of an SUV when he turned in front of an oncoming car on the Red Hills Parkway Wednesday night.  He was hospitalized along with the driver of the other vehicle.  Paulus is jailed on DUI causing bodily injury and having an open container of alcohol charges.
