A new ad running in “The Salt Lake Tribune” takes shots at senior state legislators.

The ad says Governor Herbert and several lawmakers over the age of 65 are more impaired than someone with a point-0-5 alcohol content.  The ad is from the American Beverage Institute.  The restaurant industry lobbying group has run ads in neighboring states urging them to not vacation in Utah.
