Suspected Flasher Behind Bars.

The man suspected of exposing himself to several victims last week is behind bars.  Officers arrested Brian Rouse early yesterday morning after a brief foot chase, according to Southern Utah University and Cedar City police.  Police say they found Rouse hiding in a spot where he'd reportedly flashed a woman last week.  Rouse is facing nearly 20 charges after authorities say he got violent with arresting officers, injuring some of them.  In all, investigators believe there are at least three women Rouse exposed himself to.
