Twelve people have now been sickened in an E. coli outbreak in Hildale.

The Southwest UtahPublic Health Department yesterday confirmed the outbreak had grown to a dozen people, including two young children who died from the infection last month.  Health officials have still not been able to trace the source of the outbreak, but have ruled out ground beef which was among their initial concerns.
