Beat The Heat: The Best Outdoor Dining In So. Utah

Summer is just around the corner and the temps are gonna get hot real quick. By July in St George it can get as hot as 112 degrees semi regularly. I love to go out to eat. After sitting in my studio all morning I can jump into my hot car and not even turn on the ac for 10 mins or so. I like baking myself after working and sitting in the studio meat locker, that is cooled by Andy Griffin from KDXU. It's freezing in there all summer long!
