Returning September 24-26, Swiss Days transforms Santa Clara into a celebration of its Swiss heritage with family-friendly events, food vendors, a parade, historical exhibits, and community traditions that have been drawing crowds for generations. Click here for a list of the scheduled events.

Come Hungry, Leave Happy

Let's be honest. You may tell your family you're attending for the culture, the heritage, or the community spirit. Deep down, however, there's a good chance you're showing up for breakfast on Saturday morning.

Swiss Days is known for delicious food, local treats, and enough tempting aromas drifting through town to test even the strongest diet. Consider this your official warning.

Parade Position Is Serious Business

The parade is one of the festival's biggest attractions and will occur on Saturday morning at 9:30 am. Locals know that finding the perfect viewing spot can be a competitive sport so arrive early, bring chairs, and be prepared to defend your territory.

More Than a Festival

Beyond the food and festivities, Swiss Days celebrates the Swiss pioneers who helped shape Santa Clara and the surrounding community. History displays, museum activities, and community events offer visitors a chance to learn why this tradition remains one of Washington County's most beloved annual gatherings.

Whether you're there for the heritage, the food, or simply an excuse to spend a beautiful fall weekend outdoors, Swiss Days is ready to welcome you. Just don't blame the pancakes if you decide to stay longer than planned.
