The Little Twist Fire, located 4 miles south of Beaver, Utah, has grown to 2,305 acres with 0% containment. The fire is burning in steep, rugged terrain in a remote area, making it difficult for firefighters to access.

Despite extreme weather conditions yesterday, including a dry cold front and gusty winds, the fire expanded by only 29 acres. This minimal growth occurred in areas too dangerous for firefighters to reach. Today, fire behavior is expected to be less active due to lighter winds, although low humidity remains a concern. Cooler temperatures are forecasted for today, but they are expected to rise again by the weekend.
