Summer in Utah means it's time for some of the annual favorite music festivals to begin.  

Utah has a variety of music festivals hosted all over the state from June to September. Some are concert series, some are actual music festivals, and some are just their own brand all together.

Basically, no matter what you’re into, Utah probably has a musical festival for it.  

Utah Summer Music Festivals 

Park City Song Summit 

This is a music festival all its own that’s happening Aug. 14-16. The Park City Song Summit features live music, open table discussions, chances to meet artists, and health and wellness activities like yoga and hiking.  

Grid City Music Fest 

A dive into local artists and businesses with a unique twist is Grid City Music Fest in a nutshell. Located in SLC’s Creative Industries Zone, the three-day event allows festivalgoers to experience the life and art of SLC’s small businesses. There is dancing, drinks, delicious food, and so much art to enjoy. August 2025.

Utah Blues Festival 

Celebrating its ninth year is the Utah Blues Festival this June on the 27th and 28th. Big time blues artists play at the event and expand the culture that surrounds blues music. For those who want a taste of American history, going to a blues festival is good way to do so.  

Crucialfest 

Metalheads aren’t left out of Utah’s music scene. Crucialfest is a metal music festival that takes place each year in Salt Lake City. Popular headliners and local Utah metal bands play for the crowds for three nights. September 2025. 

Zion Canyon Music Festival 

Located in So. Utah, the Zion Canyon Music Festival is a giant party for art lovers. There is music, food, local vendors, and even local beer and wine. The coolest part of this music festival has to be the backdrop of Zion National Park. September 26-27.
