Second largest single day increase of Covid-19 in Utah

Health officials are reporting Utah's second-largest single-day increase of COVID-19 cases. 

The Utah Department of Health has confirmed 590 new cases, bringing the statewide total just above 19-thousand-300. 

UDOH also reported another patient death, bringing the state's death toll up to 164. 

Health officials estimate there are more than 85-hundred active COVID-19 cases in Utah, with 170 patients in the hospital.
