Man accused of abducting two girls out of California arrested in Parowan
A man suspected of kidnapping two young girls in California is now in custody in Utah.
The Utah Highway Patrol says 24-year-old Johsua Adle was arrested around 7:30 last night during a traffic stop in Parowan.
