A St. George businessman convicted of fraud more than two years ago will have to serve at least five more years in prison. Defense attorney Richard Casper criticized the decision to resentence Jeremy Johnson after a hearing in U.S. District Court in Salt Lake City yesterday. Johnson had appealed the sentence he received in 2016, and the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals had ordered his resentencing in April.
