Health Department delaying new rules on flavored vaping cartridges
The Utah Department of Health is delaying the implementation of new rules on the sale of flavored vaping cartridges.
State officials said late yesterday that they are delaying the start of the new rules until October 21st.
They were originally set to begin on Monday.
The new rules will prevent convenience stores and vape shops from selling the flavored cartridges, while forcing shops that sell vaping products to post signs warning of the dangers of using unregulated THC cartridges.
