Shakespeare Festival accused of violating Americans with Disabilities Act
Utah's Shakespeare Festival is accused of violating the Americans with Disabilities Act.
In a lawsuit filed this week, Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind says the festival needs to provide American Sign Language interpreters for their students.
The festival offers closed captioning, but does not have A-S-L interpreters.
A school official says captioning isn't good enough because for some students, English is their second language.
