Southwest Utah releases phased re-opening guidelines starting May 1
As Utah Gov. Gary Herbert announced that the state will transition from high-risk COVID-19 orders and directives to ‘code orange’ or moderate-risk starting Friday, May 1, the Southwest Utah Public Health Department (SWUPHD) released its own phased re-opening guidelines for the general public, those at high-risk, and businesses and services throughout the 5-county district.
