Utah man facing arson charges

A man is facing arson and other charges after apparently starting a fire at a West Valley City apartment complex during a domestic dispute.

Police say 21-year-old Luis Fernando Bueso-Romero was arrested Saturday after he threw a Molotov cocktail through the window of a unit at the Overlook Point Apartments.

Residents were evacuated from the building, with three of them transported to the hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation.

The suspect faces one count of arson and three counts of attempted murder in the case.
