What does HB 60 mean for gun owners?

Brett Pruitt from Rowdy’s Range and Firearms University was on the Andy Griffin show to talk a little bit about House bill 60 that says gun owners will no longer need a concealed Carry permit.

Pruitt says according to statute in Utah an unloaded gun is one without a bullet in the chamber.

Pruitt doesn’t feel that the new law will affect his business because you will still need a permit in some states if you travel with your gun.
