Abortion Bill on it’s Way to Governor

A bill that would ban abortions after 18 weeks in Utah is on its way to the governor's office.

The bill got final approval Wednesday night from the Utah legislature.

Governor Gary Herbert will review the bill.

The American Civil Liberties Union Foundation of Utah released a statement saying they plan to file a lawsuit if the bill gets signed into law.
