All Utahns Have Responsibility To Prevent Wildfires

(Tooele County, UT)  --  Governor Cox is warning Utahns that they will be held responsible for any action that causes a wildfire.  The governor visited Tooele [[ too-WILLA ]] County yesterday to get an update on the Jacob City Fire.

The governor urged all Utahns to act responsibly, saying criminal charges and other penalties could be placed against anyone who causes a wildfire.

Investigators say a faulty generator was responsible for starting the Jacob City Fire, which has burned four-thousand acres since Saturday.
