The family members of a Utah man who died in Clearfield after being punched in the head by a gas station owner, say they're shocked and devastated after learning that all charges have been dropped.

Davis County prosecutor Jeff Thomson said the evidence didn't show that the Chevron station owner committed a crime.

Clearfield police said the man punched 39-year-old Brandon Stufflebean in April during an argument about a soda.
