Computer Glitch Prevents Completion of Year End Tests
A major computer glitch prevented more than 18-thousand public school students from completing their end-of-year tests.
According to the Utah Board of Education, a technical issue affected students in third through eighth grades last week.
The errors came as Utah students are taking the new RISE assessment this year.
Education officials expect the vendor issuing the test to be able to recover the responses of those who were interrupted.
