A Denver woman says she received a sample from a Utah resident's S-T-D test in the mail.

Tanya Delfin said a cylinder labeled with the word bio-hazard was included in her order from a St. George craft store.

The tests were meant for a state health department lab in Salt Lake County.

It wasn't clear how the sample got into Delfin's order.

The Utah Public Health Department asked Delfin to mail the cylinder to them, and she did.

She said the seal didn't look tight, and feared the sample had become contaminated.
