Fifty two F-35A Lightening-Two fighter jets take off at Hill Air Force Base
The U.S. Air Force showed its readiness for combat with a demonstration at Hill Air Force Base.
Yesterday, the base staged what is called an "elephant walk," launching F-35A Lightning-Two fighter jets in a ten-minute period.
Military and base officials say the exercise had been planned for several months, and was not in direct response to escalating tensions between the U.S. and Iran.
