Former U.S attorney for Utah could become federal judge

A former U.S. attorney for Utah could soon become a federal judge for the state.

President Trump has nominated David Barlow to serve as a judge on the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.

Barlow was appointed as Utah's U.S. attorney in 2011 by former President Barack Obama, and held the position until 2014.
