Highway 148, Cedar Breaks Scenic Drive to open June 4th

Cedar Breaks Scenic Drive known as State Highway 148 will soon open for the summer season.

It is estimated the road will be cleared of snow and open to vehicles the morning of Tuesday June 4^th.

Visitor services, such as restrooms, the Information Center and ranger programs will be available beginning June 7th.

A few feet of snow still cover all the park’s trails. Park overlooks have ice and snow patches.

Visitors are advised to use caution while in the park and to follow all posted signs.

The Point Supreme Campground is estimated to be open to the public in late June.
