Utah's four remaining Republican candidates for governor are trying to explain what they would do to help the state's economy recover from the coronavirus pandemic.

Former Governor Jon Huntsman, Junior, joined Spencer Cox, Greg Hughes and Thomas Wright for last night's forum.

Each talked about steps they would take now that the restrictions are being lifted.

Hughes said the state needed to act now to get people back to work, saying the state couldn't burn down the village to try to save it.

Wright called for a state hiring and spending freeze as well as a suspension of state and local sales taxes on food to aid in the recovery.

All four candidates will face off in the Utah Republican primary on June 30th.
