The CONFIRMED Location Of Panera Bread In Southern Utah Is RIGHT HERE!

Panera Bread, a new chain restaurant based out of St. Louis, Missouri, is coming to Southern Utah! Due to a recent study, it was reported that Panera Bread was ranked among the LOWEST trusted chain restaurants in America. The survey can be found here.

WHERE WILL THE NEW PANERA BREAD BE LOCATED?!

Southern Utah's FIRST and only Panera Bread will be located in Washington on the corner of Buena Vista Boulevard and Primavera Lane, right off of Green Spring Drive. To the east of the new Maverik gas station, Panera Bread will be found on a newly developed piece of land. According to the Washington City website, Panera will be 3,860 square feet with approximately half of this area being used to seat customers. There will also be a double drive-thru for this building. This new spot will have more than just Panera Bread however, but we'll talk about that later!

WHAT IS PANERA BREAD KNOWN FOR?

According to Google, Panera Bread is known for it's bread, fast-casual dining, and menu that combines classic dishes with unique flavors and textures. They're known for their sandwiches, salads, and bread bowls. They also have a variety of cookies, pastries, bagels, focaccia, and baguettes.

WHAT WILL BE LOCATED NEXT TO PANERA BREAD?

Directly to the east of Panera Bread, essentially right next door, will be a Quick Quack Car Wash. If my math is correct, that will make it the 4th Quick Quack Car Wash in St. George and Washington.

According to the Washington City website, Panera is expected to open in early 2025!
