These passes, aligned with the tiered boat pass fees, are mandatory for motorized vessel use on the lake. Boaters can purchase passes online at Pay.gov or by scanning QR codes found on posters at Automated Fee Machines, park headquarters, and other locations around the park.

Boat owners should also ensure their vessel has a current state registration, as this is required for compliance with Lake Powell’s boating regulations. Boat registration will be needed to complete the purchase of a vessel pass.
