Jon Huntsman says Americans want economy to reopen

Former Ambassador to China John Huntsman says Americans want the economy to reopen because of the potential damage a long-term lockdown could have on it.

Speaking on Fox News yesterday, Huntsman said he believes the people should be informed and then they should be able to govern themselves accordingly. 

He said the economy needs to move forward because he is worried about the toll coronavirus has taken on it so far. 

On China's role in the coronavirus outbreak, Huntsman said they have been lying, cheating and spreading disinformation about what they know.
