Buffets and 24-hour restaurants will be allowed to reopen in Utah under a new executive order from Governor Herbert.

The order issued yesterday will require all restaurants open 24 hours to close twice a day for cleaning and sanitizing.

Buffets will be required to hand cups, utensils, plates and other items directly to customers.

Customers at buffets will be required to wear masks in areas where food is served.
