Lawmaker pushes to reopen economy

A Utah lawmaker is pushing the state government to completely reopen the economy. 

Republican Representative Paul Ray says government leaders need to admit they overreacted to the coronavirus pandemic when they shut everything down. 

He's preparing legislation for next year that would prohibit local health departments from "unilaterally" quarantining health individuals and closing businesses.
