The number of Utahns who have come down with lung disease due to vaping has increased again.

The Utah Department of Health said yesterday that there are now 76 confirmed cases of vaping-related illness in the state, five more than were reported at the end of last month.

The health department said more than a dozen cases are still under investigation.

Officials are still recommending that Utahns who vape avoid the use of unregulated vaping cartridges, especially those containing THC, which are being widely blamed for the illnesses.
