A man accused of killing six people in a drunk-driving crash on U-S 40 is agreeing to pay restitution to their families.

Forty-two-year-old Jamie Don McKenzie pleaded guilty Wednesday to three charges of automobile homicide, after three other charges were dismissed.

McKenzie was inebriated last October when his dump truck crossed a median near Jordanelle Reservoir, and broadsided a pickup with the six workers in it.

McKenzie's history of driving drunk dates to 1998.
