Man recovering after lightening strike in Utah County

A man is recovering after nearly being hit by lightning in Utah County. 

The Utah County Sheriff's Office says 33-year-old Marcus Griffin was walking on a trail with his wife in Eagle Mountain when lightning struck just behind him yesterday. 

Griffin was knocked unconscious, and first responders feared at first that he would not survive. 

The Sheriff's Office says the man is now awake but is having difficulty with movement and feeling in some parts of his body. 

His wife was also hurt, but the Sheriff's Office said her injuries were not serious.
