Parts of Utah move into different alert levels

Governor Gary Herbert will allow parts of Utah to move into different risk levels of the state plan to reopen. 

Kane County will move into the green "normal" phase while Bluff and Mexican Hat will move into the yellow, "low risk" phase. 

Governor Herbert has denied Cache County's petition to move in the green phase citing the recent outbreak at the JBS plant in Hyrum. 

Salt Lake City remains in the orange "moderate risk" phase.
