Prisoner dies at the Utah State Prison

Authorities at Utah State Prison have launched an investigation into the death of an inmate over the weekend.

The Utah Department of Corrections has not identified the victim, but say he was found in his cell Saturday night in the prison's Oquirrh Facility.

Investigators are treating the case as a homicide.
