Public colleges and universities to postpone or cancel commencement ceremonies

The Utah System of Higher Education says all public colleges and universities in the state will postpone or cancel their Spring commencement ceremonies. 

The body said the decision was made to protect communities and follow guidelines to limit the size of crowds at gatherings.
