The man who oversees Utah's elections says he expects a record voter turnout in the state next year.

Director of Elections Justin Lee tells UtahPolicy.com that the high profile races on the ballot next November make it easy to believe that Utahns will vote in record numbers.

Utahns will vote for president and members of Congress, as well as governor and members of the state legislature.

Utah had a voter turnout of 82-percent in 2016, the last presidential election year.
