Utah man accused of sexual assault on airliner

A Utah man is accused of sexually assaulting a woman aboard an American Airlines flight.  It happened last week on a flight from Charlotte to Salt Lake City.

Federal prosecutors say James Cholewinski-Boy  was removed from the plane after it was diverted to Tulsa.

He was originally arrested for public intoxication.

He's now charged with engaging in unwanted sexual conduct with a female passenger.
