Utah topless woman takes plea deal

A Utah woman who fought criminal charges after her stepchildren saw topless in her own home took a plea deal yesterday to avoid the risk of having to register as a sex offender if convicted.

Tili Buchanan pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of lewdness.

Buchanan’s husband, who was also shirtless, was not charged.
