Black Lives Matter leaders are demanding to see police officers' body cam footage, after a Weber County man was shot eleven times during an altercation Saturday.

Lex Scott, of Black Lives Matter Utah, said the incident in which Jamal Bell was shot and wounded was an example of excessive force.

Officers from the Harrisville, North Ogden and Pleasant View police departments say they shot Bell because he came at them with knives, and their Taser misfired.

The Weber County Attorney's office is investigating the incident.
