A Utah man accused of using his phone to film and photograph a woman as she undressed, is relieved of his duties in the L-D-S Church.

On Tuesday evening Eric Hawkins of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints said that the behavior of Steven Murdock, a bishop, could not be tolerated from any Church member.

Murdock was arrested on August 13th in Nashville, after Opry Mills customer Alondra Alcala spotted his phone in her dressing room and called police.
