A controversial concert featuring country music star Collin Raye may have to find another location or be canceled altogether.

Amy Bate of the Tooele County Health Department says her agency issued an order yesterday to close an amphitheater near Grantsville where organizers planned to hold the concert.

Eric Moutsos of Utah Business Revival helped organize the concert and says it will be held despite the health department's order.

The health department said criminal charges could be filed if organizers go ahead with their plans.

Moutsos says he is willing to go to jail if that's what it takes to challenge state and local coronavirus rules.
