Costco taking coronavirus action

Costco is taking new action amid all the panic buying. 

Only a limited number of shoppers are now allowed in at a time, and many are being escorted by police. 

The retail giant is also reducing some services such as no returns on toilet paper, wipes and water. 

This comes as several cities report lines starting at 3 a.m.
