The service employees are top-notch and very attentive to their customers which has created an almost “mom and pop” vibe between the Barbers and Findlay Subaru. After so many years with Findlay Subaru, the Barbers are on a first-name basis with some of the employees since they see them on a regular schedule.  

“We generally deal with Greg and Jim. Greg mostly because he's just the first guy to come to and they are just so nice,” Ben Barber said. “They always try to make sure that I'm happy when I leave and I always am. And you know, they're like friends. You just walk in, and they want to know where I’ve been, and they want to know all about my travels, and they are always positive.” 

The employees at Findlay Subaru aren’t just friendly — they know what they are doing too. Often times, when Ben takes in the car the mechanics will keep an eye on previous concerns and provide advice for necessary part replacements. 

“We've had people say to us, ‘Why do you keep getting these Subarus’? And you know, two reasons; it fits our lifestyle for what we do going up to Montana and Idaho and Wyoming a lot, but also, I think it's just dealing with them,” Cathy said.
