The Crow Hunt in Utah has Been Happening for Over a Decade

In 2014 American crows were approved for a short hunting season. The Division of Wildlife Resources describes how you need to register in the Migratory Bird Harvest Information Program to hunt these birds as you need to know what you are doing.

In the end they do try the fried crow breast which apparently tastes a little like venison with the consistency of chicken.
