Little America Hotel boiler explodes injuring two

Two people are in the hospital following an explosion in the boiler room of the Little America hotel in downtown Salt Lake City. 

Authorities say the explosion happened just before 10:30 a.m. at Fifth South and Main Street. 

According to the Salt Lake City Fire Department, the two victims who were injured were contractors repairing the boiler when the explosion occurred. 

There are no details about their current conditions.
