Man Arrested for Stealing Snowboard from Brian Head Resort

On March 30^th, 2019 suspect Jackson Sanders was arrested for the theft of a Snowboard valued at over $800.00 from the employee locker room at the Brian Head Resort.

He had been employed as a snowboard instructor for 2 years.

Deputies from the Brian Head Marshal’s Office conducted an investigation and obtained video surveillance images of the suspect walking out of the building with the stolen snowboard.

After contacting the suspect and conducting an interview with him, Sanders was arrested without incident for theft and the stolen snowboard was recovered.

Sanders will appear in the Iron County Justice Court to answer for the charges.
