Missing man out of Scottsdale Arizona perhaps in Utah

My twin brother Jesse Conger is missing out of Scottsdale, Arizona.

He is a veteran with PTSD & depression.

He went missing August 14.

He doesn't have his wallet, ID, phone, or service dog.

We believe he somewhere on the backroads between Scottsdale and Ogden.

We believe the only way we might reach him and let him know we love him is through radio.

Please, please say something on the air.

Please let him know we love him and we're looking for him.

We have strong reason to believe he will take his own life.
