Rescue in progress for a woman who fell from Webb Hill

UPDATE: 10/09/2020 8:00 am

 The woman is a St. George resident in her mid-30’s who is not identified at this time.  She fell about 60 feet and skid another 40 feet.  The cause of the fall is unknown as well as the extent of her injuries.  The rescue teams were able to conduct a low-angle rescue with ease, but when they retrieved her she was in critical condition and unconscious.

Woman found to be unconscious but breathing. She is being transported to the hospital now.

St George Utah - St. George Fire department has set up to do a rescue for an adult female that fell off Webb Hill just moments ago.  Crews have reached the woman and are currently helping her.  It is not known what her condition is at this time.  We will update the information as it becomes available.
