Prosecutors refuse to reduce charges for St. George woman
State prosecutors are refusing to reduce felony charges in the case of a 39-year-old Saint George woman charged with child neglect and abuse.
Jennifer Rose was arrested in October after her three-year-old son Brandon and his older disabled brother went missing.
Officers said Rose left them to go to Mesquite to sell herself to get money for drugs.
A family friend found the kids alone with dirty needles in the house, and took them.
Brandon tested positive for amphetamine.
Rose's attorney says she's in drug treatment.
